Tirgan is injured by a wereboar and contracts a strain of Lycanthropic Diseases.
The wereboar was in the west weald because it was spawned and unleashed by a cult of Hircine worshipers who seek to take advantage of the turmoil in Cyrodiil, called the Black Claw.
